382I have forgotten, or don't know my username and/or password. What should I do?
Reset Password
If you have forgotten your ºÚÁÏÍø IT password and would like to reset it, please follow the password reset instructions.
Change Password
If you have a password, or IT have provided one, and you would like to change it, please follow the change password instructions.
If you have forgotten your BSMS credentials for access to ºÚÁÏÍø systems, please visit the on the ºÚÁÏÍø campus, Please bring your BSMS Student Registration Card with you and we will issue you with a new password.
Staff systems
The advice above is for usernames or passwords for ºÚÁÏÍø email, ºÚÁÏÍø Direct, Canvas and PC logins to student or teaching computers. If you are a member of staff and need a new password for Web Reports or the Course Management System, please complete the online help request form.
Should I use my username or my username@sussex.ac.uk?
Some systems require your ºÚÁÏÍø username, in the form ano123
Other systems require that you add @sussex.ac.uk on the end of your username

Once your password has been changed, it can take up to 15 minutes for it to update across all systems.
